Ingredients

  • 120 grams Unsalted butter
  • 200 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 95 grams All-purpose flour
  • 30 grams Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Roasted salted peanuts

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth and fully melted. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and slightly pale.
