Ingredients

  • 1 piece large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 36 pieces chocolate kisses
  • 0.25 cups extra granulated sugar (for rolling dough)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar together until creamy and smooth (about 2-3 minutes).

Add the egg, vanilla extract, and milk to the butter mixture. Beat until fully combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
