  • 6 oz Peach-flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 15 oz Canned sliced peaches (in juice)
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 4 oz Cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the peach-flavored gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.

Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3

Drain the canned sliced peaches, reserving the juice. Dice the peaches into smaller pieces for easier mixing.

Step 4

Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Slowly add the reserved peach juice to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined and smooth.

Fold the cream cheese mixture into the cooled gelatin, stirring gently until combined.
