Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 medium Fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced)
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.

In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter over medium-low heat. Stir in the brown sugar and cook until dissolved and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
