  • 1 large Whole seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup Peach schnapps
  • 1 cup Vodka

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the watermelon thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue from the skin.

Place the watermelon on a flat surface and use a sharp knife to cut a 2-3 inch circular hole on the top of the watermelon. Set the cut piece aside as it will serve as the lid later.

Using a spoon or melon baller, carve out a small hollow inside the watermelon under the lid area (do not remove too much flesh; this is just to create a cavity for the liquids to flow into).

Insert a long skewer or knife gently into the watermelon through the hole to create channels inside the fruit. This will help distribute the liquids evenly.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peach schnapps and 1 cup of vodka. Stir well.
