Ingredients

  • 750 ml white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 1 cup strongly brewed black tea
  • 2 large fresh peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium fresh mango, diced
  • 1.5 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 10 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Brew 1 cup of strong black tea and let it cool to room temperature. To speed up cooling, place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes if needed.

Step 2

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach nectar, mango nectar, and cooled black tea.

Step 3

Wash and slice 2 large fresh peaches into thin wedges and dice 1 medium mango. Add the prepared fruit to the pitcher.

Step 4

Stir in 1.5 cups of sparkling water or club soda to add a fizzy element to the sangria.

Step 5

If you prefer a sweeter sangria, mix in 2 tablespoons of honey, stirring until fully dissolved.

Step 6

Tear 10 fresh mint leaves gently to release their aroma, and add them to the pitcher.

Step 7

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 8

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice. Ensure each glass gets some of the fruit for an extra burst of flavor.

Step 9

Garnish with additional mint leaves or a peach slice, if desired, and serve immediately.
