Ingredients

  • 2 whole Fresh ripe peaches
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar or honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cardamom (optional)
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped pistachios (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 leaves Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the fresh peaches. Cut them into small chunks, discarding the pit.

In a blender, add the peach chunks, Greek yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and ground cardamom (if using).
