  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup self-rising flour
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season the chicken thighs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large oven-safe skillet or cast iron pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Step 4

Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and sear the other side for 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.

In the same pan, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon to create a glaze. Add the sliced peaches and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
