Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 2 medium peaches
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.

Pit and dice the peaches into small cubes, and transfer them to a medium bowl.

In the same bowl, add chili garlic sauce, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the peaches. Mix well to make the peach chili glaze.
