Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe peaches
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon (finely grated) fresh ginger
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the peaches, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, and cilantro.

Step 2

Dice the peaches into small cubes, discarding the pits. Transfer them to a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Core and dice the red bell pepper into small pieces and add it to the bowl with the peaches.

Step 4

Finely chop the red onion and cilantro and add them to the bowl.
