Ingredients

  • 4 whole ripe peaches
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 whole red onion
  • 1 whole lime
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 whole jalapeño (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the peaches, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).

Slice the peaches into thin wedges, discarding the pits. Place the slices in a large salad bowl.

Roughly chop the cilantro leaves and add them to the bowl with the peaches.
