Ingredients

  • 2 cups Peanut butter chips
  • 3 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 3 cups Salted peanuts
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Spread half of the salted peanuts evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Set aside.

Step 3

In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter chips, unsalted butter, and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly until the peanut butter chips and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Step 4

Add the mini marshmallows to the saucepan and continue stirring until they are fully melted into the mixture. This creates a creamy nougat base.

Step 5

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.

Pour the nougat mixture over the layer of peanuts in the baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the peanuts.

Sprinkle the remaining salted peanuts evenly over the top of the nougat layer, gently pressing them down so they stick to the nougat.
