Ingredients

  • 12 oz Canned tuna (in water, drained)
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato (sliced)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
