  • 3 pounds Chuck roast

  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 Bay leaves

Directions

Step 1

Season the chuck roast with salt and black pepper on all sides.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear the roast for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
