Ingredients

  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (16 ounces) Refried beans
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Once heated, lightly fry each tortilla until crispy and golden, about 1 minute per side. Set them aside on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Step 3

In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess fat.

Step 4

Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water to the ground beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the seasoning is well incorporated. Set aside.

Step 5

Spread a thin layer of refried beans on each crispy tortilla. Then, evenly divide the cooked ground beef among the tortillas, spreading it over the beans.

Step 6

Top each tortilla with shredded cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.

Step 7

Place the assembled tortillas on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and top each pizza with diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and chopped green onions.

Step 9

Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top of each pizza. Slice into wedges and enjoy!
