Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned pinto beans
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned black beans
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned corn, drained
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 8-ounce can Small can of tomato sauce
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in the pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and tomato sauce.

Step 4

Add the taco seasoning mix, ranch dressing mix, and 1 cup of water to the pot. Stir to combine everything thoroughly.

Step 5

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
