Ingredients

  • 2 large (boneless, skinless) Chicken breast
  • 3 medium Yellow squash
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cups Cornbread (crumbled)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with non-stick spray or a thin layer of butter.

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a pot of boiling water. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked through. Remove, shred the chicken with a fork, and set aside.

While the chicken is cooking, slice the yellow squash and chop the onion into small pieces.
