  • 3 cups Cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 cup Uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
