Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 3 cups Cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 0 optional Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes, or until bright green and slightly tender. Drain well and set aside.

Spread the cooked, shredded chicken evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
