  • 10.5 oz Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets until just tender. If using frozen broccoli, thaw and drain well. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, condensed cream of mushroom soup, beaten eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a creamy mixture.

Step 4

Add the cooked or thawed broccoli to the mixture and fold gently until the broccoli is evenly coated.

Step 5

Transfer the broccoli mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.

Step 6

In a small bowl, combine the crushed buttery crackers with the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Step 7

Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture over the top of the broccoli mixture to create an even topping.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
