  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional) Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, milk, breadcrumbs, and eggs.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
