Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Gingerbread cake mix
  • 15 ounces Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 5.1 ounces Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip (frozen whipped topping)
  • 0.5 cup Crushed ginger snaps

Directions

Step 1

Bake the gingerbread cake according to the package instructions, then set it aside to cool completely.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the pudding mix and milk; beat until smooth and thickened. Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
