  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Uncooked long-grain white rice

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan, heat the chicken broth over medium heat until warm.
