Ingredients

  • 1 package Premade pie crust
  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 3.4 ounces Vanilla pudding mix (instant)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 egg wash Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the premade pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie pan. Trim and crimp the edges as desired.

Place a sheet of parchment paper over the pie crust and fill it with pie weights or dried beans to blind bake the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then carefully remove the weights and parchment paper. Brush the crust with egg wash and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
