Ingredients

  • 3 ounces red gelatin mix (strawberry or cherry flavor)
  • 3 ounces blue gelatin mix (blue raspberry flavor)
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional for garnish)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the red gelatin: In a mixing bowl, dissolve 1 package of red gelatin mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch glass dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Step 2

Prepare the blue gelatin: In a separate mixing bowl, dissolve 1 package of blue gelatin mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Set it aside at room temperature for later use.

Step 3

Prepare the white layer: In a small bowl, dissolve 1 packet of unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes to bloom. Stir in 1/2 cup of boiling water until the mixture is clear. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Step 4

Once the red layer is set, gently pour the white gelatin mixture over it. Be careful to pour slowly to avoid disturbing the red layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Step 5

Once the white layer is set, gently pour the blue gelatin mixture over it. Refrigerate for another 1 hour or until fully set.

Step 6
