  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, return to the pot, and stir in 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter to coat the noodles. Set aside and keep warm.

While the noodles cook, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
