Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza dough
  • 4 ounces Sliced pepperoni
  • 4 ounces Sliced salami
  • 4 ounces Sliced ham
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup Banana peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Warm marinara sauce (for dipping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a clean, floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, roughly 12x18 inches.

Step 3

Evenly layer the pepperoni, salami, and ham across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Step 4

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheeses over the meats.

Step 5

Add the banana peppers on top of the cheese layers for an extra kick of flavor.

Step 6

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly over the fillings.

Step 7

Starting with one of the longer edges, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the edges to seal the seam and tuck in the ends.

Step 8

Transfer the rolled Stromboli onto the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.

Step 9

In a small bowl, whisk the egg with a tablespoon of water to create an egg wash, then brush it evenly over the Stromboli.

Step 10

Make 4-5 small diagonal slits on the top of the Stromboli to allow steam to escape while baking.

Step 11

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and fully cooked.

Step 12

Remove from the oven and allow the Stromboli to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing into 1-inch thick pieces.

Step 13

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
