  • 3 medium Ripe bananas, mashed

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
