Ingredients

  • 400 grams Spaghetti or Fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 20 grams Black truffle, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large pot with water and add a generous amount of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 2

While the water is heating, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Once boiling, add the pasta to the pot and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly.
