Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or farfalle)
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (julienned)
  • 2 cups snap peas (trimmed)
  • 3 oz feta cheese (crumbled)

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup reserved pasta water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
