Ingredients

  • 400 grams Pasta (such as linguine or fettuccine)
  • 150 grams Smoked salmon
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 large Lemon (zest and juice)
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Pasta cooking water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
