  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat.
