  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound pasta of your choice (e.g., tagliatelle, rigatoni, spaghetti)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
