  • 20 g Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest and set the pasta aside.

While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
