  • 75 grams crab meat (fresh or canned)

  • 0.5 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, following the package instructions (usually 8–10 minutes). Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for another 30 seconds.

Reduce the heat to low and add the crab meat to the skillet. Gently toss to coat in the garlic oil and heat through, about 2 minutes.
