Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest. Once cooled slightly, slice the chicken into thin strips.
