  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
