  • 450 grams Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 500 grams Chicken breast, diced
  • 100 grams Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 240 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 120 milliliters Chicken broth
  • 60 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 15 grams Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the diced chicken with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
