Ingredients

  • 250 grams Pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams Fresh mozzarella (small balls or diced)

  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaves (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
