  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down quickly, then set aside.
