  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 scallions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
