  • 300 grams Penne pasta
  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 leaves Fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized casserole dish.

Step 2

Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook them in the skillet for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
