  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta and set it aside.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
