  • 250 grams bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 300 grams broccoli florets
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes

  • 50 grams parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 10 grams fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold running water to cool. Set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta cooks, prepare the broccoli by cutting it into small florets. Blanch the florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, finely slice the red onion, and set them aside.
