Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round springform pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a clean bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer or stand mixer on high speed until pale and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the orange zest and orange juice, and mix until just combined.
