  • 3 large Eggs
  • 150 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

To make the tart crust, combine the flour and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.

Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and rub together with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
