Ingredients

  • 1 cup Passion fruit pulp
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  • 10 leaves Mint leaves
  • 4 slices Lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Cut the passion fruits in halves and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

Step 2

Sieve the pulp to remove the seeds, pressing until you have 1 cup of passion fruit juice.

Step 3

In a large jug, combine the passion fruit juice, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and 2 cups of water.

Step 4

Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 5

Add the remaining 2 cups of water and stir to combine.

Step 6

Place the jug in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill.

Step 7

When ready to serve, fill a large serving pitcher with ice cubes.

Step 8

Pour the chilled passion fruit lemonade over the ice.

Step 9

Add mint leaves and lemon slices for garnishing.

Step 10
