  • 0.75 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until all ingredients are well incorporated.
