Ingredients

  • 1 loaf party rye bread
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 16 ounces processed cheese (such as Velveeta)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and bulk pork sausage, breaking them apart as they cook. Stir occasionally and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

Step 3

While the meat is cooking, cut the processed cheese into small cubes.

Once the meat is cooked, drain any excess grease from the skillet. Turn the heat down to low.
