  • 1 cup dry white wine

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 pound mussels or clams (cleaned)
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 4 lemon wedges (for serving)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a large paella pan or wide skillet.

Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, then add to the pan. Cook until browned on all sides (about 5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
